How fast will I know?
Once you follow a beauty professional, we check their booking page every few minutes. When a new opening appears, we email you with the details and a link to book. Slots go quick, so move when the email lands.
How often is the directory updated?
We check every beauty professional in the directory about twice a day, and each profile shows when we last looked. Follow someone and we check them every few minutes instead.
How will I be alerted?
Right now every alert arrives by email, so there's no app to install. WhatsApp and SMS alerts are what we're building next, and they'll be opt-in.
What's the difference between Save and Follow?
Save keeps a beauty professional on your shortlist and sends you nothing. Follow turns the alerts on, so we check their booking page and email you as soon as a slot appears. Saving is free and there's no limit on it.
Which beauty professionals can I follow?
Right now we cover beauty professionals who book through Acuity Scheduling, and we're adding more all the time. If yours isn't here yet, request them and we'll try to add them.
Do you book it for me?
No, that part's all you. We spot the slot and ping you; you book straight with the beauty professional on their own page.
How much is it?
Free lets you follow one beauty professional, forever. A Premium Pass is £9.99 for 30 days, and lets you follow up to 20. You pay once and nothing renews, so there's nothing to cancel. Need longer? Buy another 30 days whenever you like.
